Mill Valley, CA: At the request of a client, Boundary Solutions worked with Fidelity National Information Services (FNIS) [www.fnis.com] to link their standard property record databases to our normalized parcel maps.

FNIS is nation’s leading Real Estate Information Service Provider (REISP).

This extends NPDP normalization standards beyond GIS file configurations to include standard attribute field names for such property values as situs (actual street address) assessed value, year built, floor area, construction type, height and use of each parcel.

Immediate applications include all aspects of the FEMA Multi-Hazard Map Modernization Program, flood determination, insurance premium rating and all parcel-based real estate information transactions.

Our National ParcelMap Data Portal (NPDP) is the fastest growing collection of the country’s digital parcel maps in a single location, normalized to a single standard projection, naming convention and spatial data protocl. Best of all, it is all in a ready to use SHP file format.
