Boundary Solutions, Inc.compiled an inventory of over 25 million parcels. Currently we offer 60 million parcels in over 400 jurisdictions throughout the United States. This is the result of a six year effort, made possible by the recent proliferation of digital parcel level map databases by local government. With the help of our technology partner, Speck Systems Limited, these highly different spatial databases have been processed into a common map projection, naming, color, font, attribute configurations.

The NPDP is listed an official parcel map database solution on the federal OMB GeoData.gov One Stop. Select “search all the data” –> Enter Keyword BSI.

Terms and conditions for its acquisition, use and updates are in place. Sustained efforts between Boundary Solutions and local data sponsors assure dependable delivery of current parcel-level data. A provisional business practice application that includes the establishment of an online national parcel map data server was filed with, and published by, the US Office of Trademarks and Patents (Click here to see patent ). This enables its users to operate parcel GIS data models as well as an Application Programming Interface composed of tools for expediting GIS application development.
