Boundary Solutions Inc. assembled the National ParcelMap Data Portal, or NPDP, the most extensive normalized database of parcel map data released for general use from jurisdictions throughout the United States. Finally, there is a single source of national parcel boundary-based location data to improve the accuracy, throughput and usefulness of your GIS operations.

TOTALNPDP – Bulk Data Deployment. Almost 80 million parcels in 720 counties, normalized to single data standard, are ready for download. Terms and conditions for acquiring more jurisdictions are in place for 90% of the nation's major metros; a total of 105 million parcels, 1640 jurisdictions. Content comes with extended attributes including situs address, physical characteristics, use code, valuation and sales info, owner name and address.

Who Uses the NPDP?

The appraisal, insurance, energy developers, banking, infrastructure, emergency response and real estate information service companies use NPDP as their new location platform. Digital parcel boundaries eliminate much of the positional inaccuracies of current address point solutions. In addition, by knowing the extents and not just the location of an address, many more processes are being fully automated for the first time. From banking to insurance, it is becoming widely understood that the parcel-level GIS base map is becoming industry's positional standard. The NPDP is a national supply of this content ready to meet your needs both off and online.
